1.Vacuum method

2.Internal pressure method
It is a method of using compressed air under pressure inside a PE pipe,adding a cooling and shaping sleeve to the pipe,so that the outer surface of the pipe is quickly cooled and hardened inside the shaping sleeve to determine the outer size.The pipe is uniformly pulled out by a traction device.
3.Fixed mouth sizing(ejector method)
This method does not require a traction device and directly pushes the PE pipe out to form.The characteristic of the head structure of the pushing method is that the straight part of the core mold is about 10-50mm longer than the mouth mold.The screw thrust pushes the pipe out of the head and directly pushes it into the cooling water tank.The outer surface of the pipe is cooled and hardened,and the inner surface is wrapped around the core rod and cannot shrink inward to form.
