3. After adjusting the position, weld it and then connect it to the newly built pipeline after cooling;
4. After the pipeline is connected, a strength test should be conducted on the new pipeline and saddle bypass, and the welded joints should be brushed for leakage;
5. After passing the leak cleaning, rotate the spiral blade upwards to open a hole in the pressurized pipe. Pull out the blade upwards, and when it is parallel to the upper end, screw on the upper cover and replace it with a new pipe;
6. After the replacement of the new pipe is qualified, tighten the upper cover and brush the leakage.
