Issues to be noted in the layout of PE pipes
When it comes to PE pipes, I believe many people know about them, but how much do you know about PE pipe layout? What are the things to pay attention to when arranging? Let's learn together.
Issues to be noted in the layout of PE pipes:
When arranging PE pipes, there are some issues that need to be noted. What are the issues that need to be noted?
1. PE buried pipelines should not pass through building or structural foundations. When it is necessary to pass through, protective sleeves or other protective measures should be taken to protect the foundation.
2. When laid below the low elevation of the foundation of buildings and structures, it shall not be within the range of the diffusion angle under compression. The diffusion angle is generally taken as 45 degrees.
3. PE pipes should be laid below the freezing line.
4. Residential communities, industrial parks, and industrial and mining enterprises, with a nominal outer diameter of less than or equal to 200mm for water distribution main pipes, can be arranged along the perimeter of the building, with a clear distance from the exterior wall not less than 1.00m.
5. PE pipes are strictly prohibited from crossing through rainwater and sewage inspection wells and drainage channels.
6. The minimum depth of soil cover at the top should not be less than 0.60m under sidewalks and 1.00m under light vehicle lanes.
When arranging PE pipes, attention should be paid to the above issues to avoid causing greater losses.
